I truly believe in honouring and celebrating life’s events and I’m always so honoured when people choose to share their stories with me. So, whatever you desire, either shouting it from the rooftops or putting on a more simple, intimate occasion, as your Celebrant, I can create that magic for you.
My background consists of over 30 years in the hospitality, events & entertainment industry, organising family & corporate events, weddings, wakes and every celebration imaginable.
My journey to being a celebrant was led by my absolute love of meeting new people, hearing their stories, creative writing and having a passion for celebrating and commemorating all the aspects of life’s journey.
I wanted to take my training and qualification so became a member of the International College of Professional Celebrants and went on to be awarded the NOCN Level 3 Certificate in Civil Celebrancy. For someone who hadn’t studied for over 3 decades, I was super proud of that. It was a great grounding to understand the industry but of course, the best experience has been all of the Ceremonies I have conducted followed by wonderful reviews and I’m proud to say Awards from Hitched, Lux Life and The International Wedding Awards.
People will tell you that I am organised, calm, extremely patient, fun-loving and sensitive to others' needs. I love nothing more than hearing people’s life stories, or those of a loved one and turning those words and sentiments into stories which will capture your personalities and result in a magical ceremony to delight your guests and leave you with precious memories.
